John Cesnik Part 2

John joined us in March and shared some incredible stories from his years in aviation, but he still has plenty more to tell! This time, John will take us back to real world flying in the 1960s and 70s, including his experiences as a bush pilot in Alaska and Canada.

Flying near the Arctic Circle came with some unique challenges, including navigating in areas where a traditional magnetic compass was unreliable. John will share how pilots used the sun and a celestial compass to find their way, along with more stories from a very different era of flying.
